Hi, I’m Kelsey Reed, a licensed mental health counselor practicing in both New York and Massachusetts. I practice from Trumansburg, New York in the heart of the Finger Lakes.

I earned my Master’s degree from Lesley University and have been supporting individuals in their mental health journeys since 2016.

I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My approach is deeply client-centered—I believe therapy should meet you exactly where you are, recognizing your unique experiences, strengths, and goals.

I strive to create a space that feels warm, compassionate, and collaborative. Sessions are designed to be engaging and interactive, allowing room for creativity, reflection, and growth. Together, we work at a pace that feels right for you, building insight, resilience, and meaningful change.
